My favorite part of our experience there was Jeremy, he had more than exceptional customer service from the time I walked into the door, til we checked out. When I came in, I was trying to narrow down the room accommodations for my family, he helped me find the right room for us, he walked us to our room after we got lost trying to find it. He was helpful In providing information for when we needed anything like towels, blankets and pool fun. He was so engaging when we left, he made us comfortable the entire time and welcomed. Great service Jeremy!

The young staff helped us a lot when we checked in, also he was so friendly and quick to response. The name on the plate showed Andrew, if I don't remember with mistake. The location is surprisingly close to the site of the fireworks of Disney park, just the other side of the freeway, where you can watch on the balcony easily. The pool beside the hotel is lovely.

It was very dusty the room and I was disappoint because one of my kids has asthma but I was so tired to call at 1 o’clock in the morning when I came from Disney to tell them to come and dust for the price I pay a spec board cleanest the bathtub it was dusty inside the refrigerator it was dirty and a lot of dust around and on top the furniture no trash bags
